Working extensively with different Applicant Tracking Systems and Recruitment Portals over the years across different industries along with advising companies on addressing employment and hiring grievances in a fair and equitable manner, we realised there was a gap in the market when it came to a truly inclusive, truly merits-based hiring platform.

Our Founders


An HR Consultant and Diversity Champion, I have worked in both Canada and the UK in a variety of in house HR roles in the retail, non profit and airline industries, as well as provided freelance consulting services to small businesses and startups across the globe. I specialise in identifying challenges within hiring processes and retention and have significant experience with reporting and analysing headcount, turnover and recruitment within organisations. 


With over a decade and a half working in financial services and founding startups in the creative arts I bring experience in streamlining processes and removing complexity.
